Microsoft to expand access to OpenAI, brings in more users

Microsoft will widen the access to the immensely popular software Open AI, a startup whose futuristic and popular Chat GPT has captivated the world. Microsoft's customers have already previewed the tech of OpenAI, and the company said it is available for everyone now, which is expected to bring in new users.


Microsoft, however, is still vetting customers applications to mitigate potential abuse news of the software while developing filters that can screen for harmful content for tech users. Bad news comes on the heels of another report, which showed Microsoft was expected to invest a further $10 billion in addition to the 1 billion stake it already has in the startup.

However, Microsoft declined to comment on the deal. Public interest in the startup Open AI has surged exponentially following its release in November. Chat GPT is a text based chat box designed to draft poetry, prose and even computer code that has become increasingly popular with its generative artificial intelligence and the ability to train vast amounts of data allowing customer use.
